Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using https://ravernetwork.com (the "Service") operated by Raver Network ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Each person is allowed one account only. Multiple accounts from the same person or household are prohibited and may be disabled.

2. No Automation; No Bypassing

Raver Network is intended for direct, human interaction. You must not automate, script, or otherwise attempt to bypass the normal operation of any part of the Service. Attempts to automate tasks, games, spins, or any other activity, or to circumvent restrictions, will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of your account and any accrued balances.

3. No VPN / Proxy / Tor

Access to the Service must be made directly from your device and location. You must not use VPNs, proxies, Tor, or other tools that obscure your actual location. Use of such tools may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Reverse Engineering & Malicious Activity

Any attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its infrastructure is prohibited. Suspicious or malicious activity may be reported to law enforcement and will result in account termination.

5. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites and resources. Those links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Always review the terms and privacy policies of any external site you visit.

6. Alternative Method of Entry

Where applicable, features or games that normally require purchase or specific balances may offer alternative ways to participate without payment using earned Coins or other free methods provided on the Service.

7. Payments & Withdrawals

Raver Network reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for review of up to 45 days where necessary for security, compliance, or fraud prevention. We may also impose minimum withdrawal amounts or fees as described on the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and any Coins or balances may be forfeited. Accounts with no earning or withdrawal activity for a period of 12 months may forfeit remaining Coins.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raver Network is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Raver Network regarding the Service.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated "Last updated" date and, when appropriate, by email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
