The minimum DIRECT (to your Bitcoin wallet) withdrawal amount is 15,000 Points. The minimum withdrawal for DOGE & LTC is 15,000 Points.
Are there any fees for withdrawing?
No. At this time, you will NOT be charged any withdrawal fees for Direct Bitcoin or DOGE, & LTC withdrawals

Which withdrawal option is fastest and how long will it take?
All payments are sent within 72 hours. If your payment goes to review, or is held for review you may experience a longer delay in processing.
What do I do if I don’t receive my payment?
Please wait at least 72 hours to make sure your payment isn’t delayed due to network congestion.
If you havn’t received your payment after 5 days please contact us and we will look into it as soon as possible.
